Claim and reconnect a WordPress install

Open Licenses & installs, choose the license that already owns the store, and enter the store's full HTTPS URL before creating a claim code. Paste the code only into Awthy's reconnect screen in that WordPress installation.

Both owners and members of the same company can create claim codes through the same flow. See Companies and members for the V1 role split and the per-company site-access limitation.

Claim codes expire quickly and work once. Create a fresh code for every retry. If Hub reports an ownership, host, or license conflict, stop and verify the selected company, license, and site URL instead of repeatedly generating codes.

Do not place claim codes in tickets, chat, screenshots, logs, or email.
